- Integrity is non-negotiable — act truthfully and ethically, in ways that protect your own reputation and the company's.
- Accountability travels: be a responsible citizen and a good ambassador of Cuesoft wherever you are.
- Mistakes happen. Owning them, learning from them and correcting them quickly is strength, not weakness.
Collaboration
Great work happens together, and in a remote company that starts with communication.
- Respond in reasonable time to messages, reviews and calls; when you will be unavailable, say so ahead of time.
- Respect is the floor: no bullying, harassment, trolling or discrimination of any kind — inside the workplace or outside it.
- Work with kindness, empathy and compassion; everyone here should feel supported, valued and heard.
- Participate: share ideas, give constructive feedback, review your peers' work. When one person succeeds, the whole team benefits.
Excellence
Deliver quality consistently — not perfection, the best possible outcome in the right timeframe.
- Keep your commitments: show up to standups, meet the deadlines you agree to, and flag risk early when you cannot.
- Prefer simplicity: clear, structured, practical work. Break big tasks into small ones. If a process feels needlessly complicated, propose the fix.
- Build for the person using it. Products should be easy to build, easy to use, and designed for the end user.
